Membership Engagement Committee
CREW Denver Member Engagement is dedicated to the advancement and equity of all members. This committee was formed with an intentional focus on ensuring doors are open for all and making sure our members can promote and experience belonging in CREW Denver, in the CRE industry, and beyond. Member Engagement consists of two sub-committees who serve to further these efforts: 1) DE&I and 2) Emerging Leaders.
The Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I) Committee at CREW Denver is dedicated to fostering inclusiveness across a diverse range of backgrounds, including race, gender identity, age, and more. We focus on Education, Engagement, and Authenticity to build awareness, provide resources, and boost participation within our community. These pillars guide our efforts to create a more inclusive membership base.
The Emerging Leaders group connects early-career CRE professionals, fostering personal and professional growth through shared experiences and mutual support. We create a fun, safe space for members to build connections and seek advice. Our focus includes social events and education on Leadership and Negotiation Skills, helping members excel as leaders in the CRE industry.
