Chelsea will share her inspiring journey—from the milestones that led her to build her own company from the ground up to the realities of balancing entrepreneurship, motherhood, and life as a bestselling author. Returning for her second year as emcee, Katie will once again bring her infectious energy and passion to the stage as we celebrate the remarkable women shaping our industry and community.

2026 Women of Influence Award Categories

NOMINATION DUES AUGUST 28, 2026.

Member-to-Member Connector Award: This award celebrates a CREW Denver member who exemplifies the power of CREW Denver by consistently initiating, fostering, and championing member-to-member business opportunities. Through intentional connections and a collaborative spirit, this individual has helped elevate fellow members and advance CREW Denver’s mission of doing business together.

This award honors an individual member or two members working together who consistently demonstrate(s) an extraordinary commitment to marshal CREW talent, resulting in measurable business for other CREW members.

Career Advancement for Women Award: The Career Advancement for Women Award honors an individual who consistently exemplifies CREW Network's commitment to advancing women in commercial real estate. This award is presented as a result of actions of this CREW member during the last 24 months which had a significant impact on one or more women, or individuals who identify them to be women, giving them the skills or confidence to pursue and succeed in new opportunities.

Please note: This award recognizes individuals who have made a meaningful impact on advancing women's careers. To acknowledge the value of allyship, one recipient will be an individual who does not identify as a woman, while one recipient will be an individual who identifies as a woman.

Community Impact Project Award: This award recognizes a commercial real estate project in Colorado that embodies community and environmental impact, setting a new standard for innovation and collaboration. The project must be substantially complete within the last 24 months and demonstrate clear contributions to community vitality, economic development, and sustainability goals. At least one CREW Denver member must have served in a meaningful role on the project team.

Rising Star Award: This award celebrates a rising star in the Colorado commercial real estate industry with fewer than 10 years of experience. This honoree demonstrates professional growth, leadership potential, and active involvement in both the industry and the community. They are viewed as an emerging voice and future force in commercial real estate (CRE).

This award honors an individual member who has contributed to the organization through volunteering, engagement, and participation and is known for their exemplary work in the industry.

Trailblazing Leader Award: This award honors a bold and visionary woman who has demonstrated entrepreneurial thinking, transformational leadership, and a legacy of innovation in the commercial real estate sector. She is known for breaking new ground—whether through launching ventures, building new business lines, or championing bold ideas—and inspiring others to lead with courage and authenticity.

This award honors an individual member who has achieved a unique career success or milestone in the past 24 months as the result of exceptional leadership.
