This mixed-use urban high-rise tower sits in the heart of the expanding residential district of the Denver Tech Center. The 615,000-square-foot building rises 20 stories above ground, and includes three levels of underground parking.
The Apiary Residences features 193 upscale residential units alongside 175 soft-branded Marriott hotel guest rooms. The ground floor will offer a range of amenities. It features a welcoming lobby, valet services, and dedicated restaurant and bar spaces. Additionally, a westward-facing sky amenity lounge with a rooftop pool provides residents and guests with breathtaking, panoramic mountain views.
