Project Impact Award

The Project Impact award recognizes a recent Colorado commercial real estate project and the team behind the project that stands out as having made a significant impact on the community and sets an example for future commercial real estate projects to follow. Key factors of consideration are 

1. Project’s complexity
2. Project’s creativity and innovation
3. Project’s greater community impact. 

The project must be deemed “substantially complete.” Nominations must include at least one key female involved on the project team.
