Carrie Duffy began her real estate career in 1982 and quickly gravitated to commercial real estate. Carrie spent 23 years learning and completing complex commercial real estate transactions, 19 years of which were with CBRE. In 2008 she joined a farm sales and management company completing sales or managing farms in 18 Nebraska and Iowa counties. In 2014, Carrie formed and launched her own company, Black Dirt Land Sales & Management. She leverages her commercial real estate background with her understanding of agriculture to specialize in the sale of farm fields positioned for development. Black Dirt is often an advocate for landowners making real estate decisions that represent multi-generational, family legacies. Carrie Duffy and Black Dirt reside in Saunders County & has been a member of CREW Omaha since 2009.
